PepTrak LLC expressly disclaims all liability arising from any use of PepTrak or its content for any purpose other than legitimate research use. Any such use is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use PepTrak. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Service is intended for use within the United States. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in other jurisdictions. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

To access certain features of PepTrak, you must create an account by providing your name and email address. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your account credentials with others, create multiple accounts, or use another person's account without their authorization.

Subject to these Terms, PepTrak LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use PepTrak for your personal, non-commercial research reference purposes.

PepTrak uses artificial intelligence technology to generate research protocols and provide research advisor responses. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

The Service and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, compound library data, protocol templates, and the Alex advisor persona — are owned by PepTrak LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service or any of its content, other than the limited license set forth in Section 6.

Your research tracking data (dose logs, notes, personal intake data) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any information provided through the Service — including AI-generated research protocols — is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular research purpose.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PepTrak LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PepTrak LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. You agree to contact us at [email protected] and allow 30 days for us to resolve the dispute before initiating any formal proceedings.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in San Diego, California. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date at the top and notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.
